If you feel like you’ve never allowed yourself to be the real you, my story will empower you to change the way you live. At the bottom of this page you can read the last paragraph of the book's introduction, I hope it will encourage you to sign up.

In addition to being a writer I also work as a holistic declutter coach, trading as Organised Chaos. Only when I experienced exhaustion in 2015 did I realise how head clutter was running my life. In order to recover I knew I had to change. I've not written a conventional decluttering guide but my memoir is testament to my own process of head decluttering.
It will be wonderful to have you with me for this next stage of the journey. Expect irregular updates when I have news to share. Soon it will be time for me to consider how to get Stepping out of Silence out into the world.
Final paragraph of the introduction . . .
“
My hope is that as you read this book you will have insights about your own life. Think of these insights as an invitation to meet your deeper self, the version of you that exists without your childhood conditioning and wounding.
When you are in possession of this awareness you will be ready to embark on your own healing journey of self-discovery. My personal experience is that the journey is life-changing and affirming.
It's never too late to begin.
